Participants through the practice of mindfulness will be given time to pause and focus on their own care and well-being. This time together will be both educational and experiential. Please join us for this shared experience of discovery, awareness, and care.
The retreat combines experiential exercises and didactic presentation.
-Sitting, Walking, Movement, and Self-Compassion Mindfulness Practices
-Time for Self-Reflection
-Small and Large Group Discussion
This Retreat will allow participants to:
-Focus on their own care
-Develop and deepen their mindfulness practice
-Connect and have a shared experience
-Be a part of a caring and supportive community
The day will be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. No need to bring anything. You’ll want to wear comfortable clothes, most of the time we will be sitting in chairs, or if you prefer, you may want to bring a mat or cushion. Please bring a lunch. Light refreshments and snacks will be offered.
